Couple issues - advice appreciated :)

Issue #1 - Brown spots on our orange shoulder tang. Seems to be spreading over the past couple of weeks and I can’t find any info on this.

He has been swimming, eating, and acting fine until today, he seems a bit out of sorts.

Issue #2

Coral seems to be dying off from bottom up. Tips and extensions seem good..

Tank is a 1 month old transfer from existing 90 gallon. New sand, about 1/2 the rock is live rock transferred and 1/2 is new.

150 gallon with 40 breeder sump

3 tangs, 7 chromis, 2 clowns, a dirty back, a yellow war man, and a mandarin.

Any insight is appreciated

I'm not sure about the coral, but the tang looks like it could be bacterial to me. Lots of different easy/effective meds out there if you have a QT. Has it spread to any others?
