Cutting up torch

First time cutting a torch. Messy job. Any ideas next time i have to do this. Tenticles just wont retract. . Looking mighty pissed off. Colony at top. . 2 cuts below 4 plus heads each and one tiny one fell off. Lol.

I have a saw. Its so packed. Had to use snippers to get around tenticles. Omg. Bouncing back...cant keep a great torch down

Putting it in front of a powerhead for a while makes it retract for me

I cant use that dreaded word. Omg this torch extended either side 8 plus inches. Drives me bat s;&% crazy. Every torch see is compact n neat. Not mine. Its helter skelter crazy.

This was my first torch ever. I bought it by chance from a gentleman on brs in mass. I wish i could remember his name. Big shout-out. I went to buy a staghorn chunk and i remarked on his torch in display was just beautiful. He sold me a 2 head he wasn't sure if one head was gonna make it. That was 6 months ago....lol. If hes watching...stag hanging on for dear life. I have no luck with sticks.
