First-Step Coral Stabilization Program - Heard of it?

Not sure if anyone has heard of this program, but sounds interesting...
I do wonder about the effect of electro-currents on other creatures like fish, sharks, etc... I'd buy that if successful, it may increase fish habitats, moreso than populations.

I don't think it would have any effect on other fish,sharks...its such a low DC voltage. Many creatures including sharks probably put out more current than that.
It is a cool idea and makes sense. The site shows the start of some corals on a system but nothing to show the growth after a period of time.

Sounds like a cool idea!! I heard sharks don't like electrical current at all. Wonder what would happen when you remove the electric current? If the corals would become dependent or shocked when removed?
