Looks like the long polyp version from Greg. Love that coral. Had to sell mine too unfortunately due to space.

Right! Leather, not toadstool. My bad and thanks for the correction.

It’s super hearty. It dropped down behind the rocks and grew a stalk at least 6” long to finally perch on top of the rocks. Now it’s taking over. Which is fine, but I don’t want it to wage war with my torch

Leather is a broad term that encompasses things like colt corals, toadstools, and cabbage corals among others. So, you’re not wrong, this is a toadstool leather coral.
