GARF Grunge - Any experiences?

I am about to buy some of GARF's Grunge
(http://www.garf.org/GRUNGEPLUS1/SHOW/index.html).

Any anecdotes?

I ordered some and they forgot to send it with the other stuff so, they reshipped and got it wrong again. The stuff must be the regular grunge because they pics of the grunge plus doesn't look like what I have.

I have ordered a number of corals and also one of the large arch rocks they make and sell, it came with some free grunge. Honestly cannot tell if it worked any better then some live sand that you can get from just about any BRS member.

The corals were packed very well and the rock is great though.

I got a small bag a while back maybe a pound or two.

it seemed to help my tank, but I had no other resources really for diversity at the time. All I had was tampa bay saltwater sand, and some of the stuff you buy in a bag from the petstore.

if you have the cash to spare you cant go wrong.

Some say it helps but I'm not one of them. Seems like you can get great benefits from live sand swapping with other reefers.
