Hanging Lights

I was wondering how many of you hang your lights from the ceiling, and what do you use to hang them? I was thinking of using this:

I have seen the first 1 in use at a LFS. It is simple and a nice clean look to it.

I had the first option on my t-5's that were over my 110. It looked pretty good that way, though I like hoods over the tank better.

I agree. There is nothing like making the tank look like a piece of furniture in your house.
