how do I tune a calcium reactor?

Im clueless, I read about the process here http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-05/sh/feature/

but the bubble counter isn't producing countable bubbles, only a fine mist of bubbles. anyone have any tips?

What kind of regulator and needle valve are you using ?

Mike he has a PM cr422 reactorwith those bubble counters that they have had problems with. Jeff the bubble counter is probably no good, I bought a cr622 from Mike and the same thing happened and he knows how to get a replacement from Precision Marine.

I thought the problem might be related to an adjustment you can make to the
needle valve on your regulator.

Give Precision marine a call and tell them the problem. They'll send you the replacement
part.
