I wish I would have known(7years ago) how impossible it is to catch a problem hitch hiker rock crab(without breaking down 200lbs of rock scape) that has been living in my tank against my will for over 7 years, as i am unwilling to break down the tank and he has grown too smart to be caught by man!!!......he just waits for a new unsuspecting addition to the tank or waits for any fish to kick the bucket......as I have never pulled a dead fish out of my tank even though I have certainly had my share of casualties over the years, anything that dies just becomes another meal for him.... Therefore each casualty, when it happens is a double whammy, not only did i lose a desired fish, but also the thought that my arch enemy got another meal to sustain him for many more months, gives me additional pain and heartache.
