Kalkwasser disposal

I mixxed up a 5 gal bucket of kalkwasser and never got arround to using it for 6 months. It sat with a lid on it, but the lid was far from air tight. Is this safe to dump down the toilet with repeated flushings afterwards? Or is there a better way to dump it?

I don't think that'll be a problem. Chase it with a gallon of vinegar if you're worried about it forming deposits, but I don't think it would in a one-time dump.

You can do that, just not all in one spot. I think it would leave a burned out spot.

Actually, I used one of those Miracle grow sprayers with a hose and sprayed the KW across the perenial flower bed.

D
