what is a dyno break out idk but i haven't had anney problems with my tank an i might have say 10 pounds of live rock. in a 55 but i have allot of dead rock.

Dinoflagettes are unicellar critters that cause havoc in a reef tank. It looks alot like cyano or diatoms, but is very tenacious and a larger problem than either.

I don't think I'm seeing dinos in those pics, maybe the bubblie stuff on the overflow, but looks more like a cyano / dino mix to me. I could be wrong.

I agree. The bubbly stuff isn't encouraging, but I think if it was dinos, in my case, it spreads very quickly, seems like it's impossible to siphon out without it regrowing, seem to go for softies and can get stringy when it holds bubbles....it looks like bubbly snot.
Maybe beef up your flow?
