you can purchase memberships here https://bostonreefers.org/forums/index.php?account/upgrades
that is on your end in paypal if it is not autorenewing it can only be 1 of 2 things either you have only been renewing on your own using yearly renewal link yearly or you shut off autorenew in papal. we do not control your paypal payment settings this is on your end.
