I’m not sure of manufacturer date, I don’t have the box but it’s very likely it’s from the batch of these I purchased in 2018, isn’t any older. Works perfect and silent has been upgraded with mobius chip. Wetside is likely much newer. I rotate all my wet sides with my 9 mp40s. The oldest wetsides in rotation are 1.5 year old newest is 2 months old. Comes with all the spacers.
