Pyramid Butterfly - Disease ID please

I have a pyramid butterfly in the quarantine that I received earlier this morning that seems to have some sort of skin sore / parasite on its head. It shows a very slight bulge where it is. I did give him a fresh water bath to see if it is a fluke or something. Nothing apparently came off.

Here are couple of pics, with the first one circled showing what I'm taking about. There were 4 pyramids in the batch and only this one seems to have this. All are eating fine and shows no other signs of illness.

Any thoughts on what this could be?

Looks like it could be uronema, reddish sores are a sign of the parasite. Here's a thread about it on @Humblefish 's forum: https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/uronema.13/

And here's a thread about treatment (I would go with option 3 due to the fact that your fish is showing red sores): https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/us-vs-uronema.15259/

Take my advice with a grain of salt as I'm not a fish disease expert; hopefully someone else can chime in. A Google image search for uronema shows some pretty similar looking wounds: https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf...hid=1686857321794488&biw=1100&bih=626&dpr=2.2

Bobby / Dylan - Thank you!

I gave the first round of Melafix bath. I will continue with the treatment to see how that goes. Thanks again!
