Sea hare ink

So my sea hare just randomly released a thick red ink into the water as he climbed under a cave. I found that this comes from him eating my red and purple algae. I also read that the ink is a hazardous neurotoxin, will all of my fish die now? i'm running two 50 gallon HOB filters with 2 carbon filter cartridges in each one. The tank is well cycled 55g tank (fish only) has 2 volitan lions 1 zebra dwarf lion a foxface and various smaller fish and crustaceans. Im hoping someone gives me good news and tells me that the ink will just spread coraline algae but i realize this is probably far fetched.
