I have the Gen 5 Pro 30 with reefbrite blues. I run AB template 10am to 9:30pm at 85 intensity with the diffuser. My rear reefbrite strip ramps on 9 and off 8 that, one is set at 45% intensity and my front one ramps on at 70% intensity at 11 and ramps down at 10.
