Prices for livestock remaining are below!
Edit: I’ve decided to split up and sell the livestock separately. That obviously has to happen before equipment. I’ve done a lot of research on livestock pricing and I’m asking $800 for everything wet in the tank. That’s fish, coral, rock, chaeto, clean up crew.
I’ve decided I’d like to focus on other hobbies and it’s time to move on. I’m selling my whole setup with livestock, rock, coral, and equipment. Looking for $2k firm. This will end up costing a lot more if I break it down. Would be a great setup to upgrade to higher end stuff. I like tried and true methods and my equipment reflects this.
Tank: Waterbox Marinex 90.3 with Jebao return and diy mesh lid.
Lights: Giesemann Infinity 250w halide with 4 t5 (this thing is built like a Mack truck. Amazing how solidly constructed)
Flow: Sicce voyager 2 on Wi-Fi timers.
Dosing: (2) Kamoer x1 pumps. I dose all for reef with one and sometimes nitrate with the other
Rodi: full mixing station with 4 stage BRS and a RO buddy to help with low flow from well. Multiple barrel mixing station
Top off: water is pumped from the basement with another peristaltic pump by kamoer. There is a DiY auto top off kit running the pump bought from BRS. No more buckets for me!
Loads of extra stuff like test kits, salt, di resin, spare plumbing.
The tank and pretty much everything is 2.5 years old or less. Not a scratch to be found.
Livestock: all of them have been together for over a year without and hint of health issues
Yellow tang (captive bred)
Red headed solon fairy wrasse
Bangai cardinal
Flame angel
Valentini puffer
Davinci clown
Corals:
3 large toadstools
Neon and teal candycanes
Small gold hammer
Superman mushrooms
Tons of zoas including Froot Loops, white rhino, Rasta, people eaters, other colorful but unnamed
Lots of firecracker and Liam’s cloves
Boatloads of pulsing xenia mostly confined to 1 rock
There are crabs, snails, and a pistol shrimp I hear more than see.
There is a lot of rock with coraline coverage. Some of which was bought from gulf live rock.
Again, I would sell for a lot more if I was breaking down. I just want to see if someone wants to arrive one day with totes and get it gone. I am almost over a hair algae issue caused by a power outage that set back my refugium. The last few photos are from before the outage so they have a bit of a different coral arrangement. Price is firm at 2k
