Mike has written a lot of articles for many publications. He has also published two books: The New Marine Aquarium and Ultimate Marine Aquariums. Mike has also been a speaker at many reef keeping conferences in the US and around the world and he was named the 2022 MASNA Award recipient.

Excellent show!
It is a good point about frozen food can introduce harmful bacteria. Since commercial frozen fish foods are not regulated by government agencies.
Besides bacteria, it was found some popular frozen food have (used to have) very high levels of heavy metals such as mercury. I am sticking to home made frozen food from human grade fish meat and shrimp.
