Just curious what people do to try and trim and/or kill zoas? I borrowed a laser that worked pretty well on aiptasia but didn't really do anything on the zoas...

Is the kalk ok if they are right next to a coral that you don't want damaged?
I can usually pull them off with tweezers.

Didn't even think of trying tweezers that would probably work the best for my situation...

I use to remove the rock, hold it over a trash can, and use a chisel, exacto knife, flathead screw driver, and then carve off the surface. If you do it in the tank, same tools, but run a airline as a drain line, and use as a vacuum as you go. *wear glasses*
