10G Refugium configuration for a 45G tank

Hi reefers,

Working up a sump setup for a fresh 45G tank. The stand has very limited space and I will be restricted to a 10G tank.

The refugium is my main point of concern - I'd like to maximize nutrient export and pod growth

is it even worth doing a slow flow deep sand bed of this size?

Should I do slow flow Chaeto with no sand? Shallow sand?

Would I be better off with the fuge being in the center chamber?
