i want to post a quick note about AWI. i bought my unit from them about 1.5 years ago. i do the regular filter changes and all of that, and AWI is always nice and helpful. i changed my filters about 2 weeks ago, and my unit starting having issues. i emailed AWI with the specifics, and a few days went by and i didn't hear anything. i sent a second email, and immediately received a response apologizing for the late email, and informing me that they had shipped a new permeate pump for my unit, as it was likely that mine was malfunctioning. i received the pump today, hooked it up, and it is working great again. i really appreciate the assistance that AWI has always provided. thanks AWI!
