Have a cup of LS so I can seed my tank. I was going to use a piece of LR from my 29 but every piece has something growing and I don't want to disturb it.

I am going to throw a raw shrimp in there also.

Good idea on the sand from AA. I am hoping to head up there anyway in the next couple of days.

Thanks Mark, I threw in a few shrimp. That should be enough to get the cycle started.

shrimp will get your cycle going but ls will ideally will add some mircofauna to your tank. i would add both ls and shrimp to a new tank.
