This website was recommended to me for ro/di systems. I placed an order on the 14th of March and they sent me a confirmation of the order. I have since tried to contact them with shipping information so that I would have an idea of when to expect the arrival. Please note that their toll free number and regular number are not in service. I have contacted the verizon operator and she stated that the number was disconnected due to most likely non-payment. I have tried contacting them by email as well.

I also had to cancel my credit card to insure that they do not attempt to receive payment of $246.00.

Thanks Armando, but I tried to reach the company for several hours and also on the Reef Central site.... no success.

Seems this is happening to another person as well.

I really think something is wrong. At least my gut is telling me so. Both phone lines are down. They didn't charge my credit card in the last four days, so as I said, I cancelled the card.

It is just odd - the whole thing.
 
Hi Tammie....We were chating about the RODI system over at Johns when you guys went to pick up your lights. This is the RODO I purchased and ive never had any problems with John in the past. I juat ordered replacement cartriges and a faucet adapter 2 weeks ago. This is very odd as John is a great guy and a pleasure to work with and takes his time to answer all your questions. The forum on RC is hardly used so I dont think you will get him there. Try to Email him and keep trying the phones to see if they get back up. Keep us updated.
 
Weid...if you look in their RC forum, they just posted on the 16th. But, a company could go under and close its doors in a day with no notice. I've seen it happen before.

Actually, I recieved more than one recommendation for this company. I just find it really weird that there phones "are no longer in service". I will keep trying, but I reallly need an ro/di, so if he doesn't get back to me with 2 days, I am ordering another one. They are supposedly open 7 days, 8am-8pm, so we'll see.

Check with some of our Vendors. I know Marc from Fishy Business had an RO/DI building class.I'm sure one of the vendors could help you out.
And we KNOW where they are!! :D
