Can you tell us a bit more about your system? How long has it been set up? What are your parameters? Pics help greatly to help us understand what is going on as well.
We set up our system about three weeks ago. We got the first clownfish, the one who is struggling, a week ago. Then a couple days ago we added a second one. The larger one has white around his mouth and looks like he’s been breathing heavy.

Bing 3 weeks old, I’m guessing your tank is not cycled and there is ammonia in there which is causing the heavy breathing and lips could be ammonia burns or bacterial infection possibly.

Okay, thank you. Our salinity is 32. Our temperature varies between 78-80 degrees. We haven’t tested the ammonia or pH level. We have a 40 gallon tank. We added live sand and live rocks about 1 week ago. The sick fish looked like it had a white dangling thing from its mouth but then when we put him in a separate container, it fell off.
