Can I add fish??

I've been cycling for 2 weeks now. I've got a 90 gallon w a 30 gallon sump. I only started skimming 2 days ago. Here are the parameters that I've checked from where I started and where I am now.

Ammonia 4->2->.5->.25 ppm
Nitrites 0->.5->1->5->1->.25 ppm
Nitrates 5->10->20->40->80->40 ppm

The last readings are from today.

I added 10 hermits, 8 snails, and a red reef crab 3 days ago. They seem to be doing well.

Should I add more clean up crew? Can I add a pair of clowns?

I would not add anything until the ammonia and nitrite is 0.

Wait for Zero ammonia and once nitrates are under 10 you are good to go.

Do yourself a favor and wait until all your numbers are where they need to be, then wait a few more days. The last thing you want to do is rush. Remember in most cases you can't return dead fish or coral.
