Took a chance and ordered some rics from this online vendor.

The company worked with me to establish the best ship date.
The ricordea were received in a heavy duty styrofoam container with a single heat pack included. The company went nuts when it comes to sealing the bag with tape and so forth, it took me a while with a razor to open it. The water in the bag was a little cold (63) but not that bad considering a February ship date. Rics were bagged together in a single bag instead of individually. Most were mounted on very tiny pieces of rock. Ricordea colors were EXACTLY as pictured on the website. Colors are fantastic. There was a freebie included. They appear to be ridiculously healthy.
Bottom line - awesome prices, awesome rics, fast turnaround time, excellent customer service. I don't see myself wasting any time ordering rics from anyone else in the future.
