I have a few frags to mount and I have a tube of Ace Super Glue Gel (cyanoacrylate). Is it ok to use it to mount the frags?

Yes, Most of us use the gel it is easier to work with.

can you use it underwater?
I mean like glueing frags to the rock underwater without taking the rock out of the tank? I hate everytime when i want to glue frags i have to take out the rocks and create a mess.

Take the frag and dry off the bottom. Put a good sized glob of the gel on the frag, then put it back in the water and press and hold it where you want it to stick. In a few 10's of seconds, it should stay put.

i have found that the glue gel works pretty well even if the coral and rock are wet.
