Dead spots

I have 2 dead spots on the waters surface in back corners, but if I point the return at the surface any higher…it sucks air and causes bubbles bubbles ……I can’t point the power heads because they don’t pivot.
I’m just concerned with the stagnant surface flow…..any ideas? Tia

Add a Gyre for top flow and then you can put you returns to fill the gap?

I took off the drain silencer…..it’s letting more water drain….causes a little more noise but it’s working, no more dead spots on the surface…
