Some people keep them on 24hrs, some run a reverse light cycle and some (like me) just run them while the main lights are on. Running them on a reverse cycle is supposed to help keep your ph stable.
do you think that macro will grow faster under 24 hr light? sounds like an obvious question, but you never know. right now my lights are on 12 hrs a day
