did a firmware update now lost my programs also don't see eb8 outlets

any body can help Im about to lose my tank

Did you do a hard reset? Unplug and reboot it?

Is everything but the EB8 working? Did the firmware update change the name of the EB8 unit?

Can you access the setup/web page?

Did you do the firmware upgrade on a wired connection or over wireless?

Take a breath and relax... your tank isn't going to crash in under 15 minutes. Worst case plug things into a regular outlet until you sort this out.
