HELP aquamedic balast fan bit the dust

My fan was making alot of noise so I fixed it. Fan no longer makes noise but my balast sure is geting HOT!!!. Any suggestions on a qutiter 120v 92mm x 92mm x 25mm fan and where I can get one.

Think one is a sleeve bearing... but for $2...

I looked all I have here are 100mm..

No idea what a hybrowave bearing is..
