Help identify worm looking thing on glass

Title pretty much says it all its a whitish worm looking thing on the glass about 2" and looks like a metal slinky that got ran over by a 18 wheeler

Spaghetti worm maybe? Used to find them on the glass once in a while in the 120G I had.

That sounds like it. Are they bad to have?

Nope, good part of the clean up crew... that is, other than being creepy looking when they are on the glass all spread out.

do they just hatch out? looks like there all connected

I would say Nassarius Snail eggs. In my tank they are usually gone in a day or two, as the fish in the tank will snack on them.

they probably are Nassarius Snail i have more of them then any thing else in the tank. any idea how long it takes for them to hatch. they have been there of about 3 days
