Icecap 150 on x10's?

Any one ever try them together? I had a 250W Icecap on my frag tank and traded it for a 150W Icecap since I didn't need that much light. The 250 never really interfered with my aquacontroller but the 150 definately does. I have tried moving the ballast farther away from the controller but that didn't help. It occasionally turns off my display light and also turns it self on.

I know I should just get a DC4 or DC8 but really don't want to if I don't need to.

I don't have any specific info for your particular situation, but I gave up a long time ago on X-10 controllers. WAY too unreliable for me.

Ya I think I am going to just buy a DC8 to hook up lights and pumps and then use all non essential eeuipment on x10's.
