link star eat valonia???

I know this sounds crazy, but I think the orange Linka I just added might have eaten some valonia. It was creeping upward along the corner of my 58 over a day or two. there were a couple dozen valonia bubbles along that seam where my magnet cleaner hadn't been able to dislodge them. The linka went up the seam, then down, I just noticed no more valonia?????

Did the star knock them loose?, Did he eat them? Any other ideas?

I've never heard of a linkia mowing down valonia, but when he's done cleaning up your tank can I borrow him? I have 3 emerald crabs that eat everything but. One of them did when I first put him in the tank, but seems like he's found better food elsewhere.
