i have a 400g tank. Currently running fairly well.. but it is a mess. I have been traveling a good deal and have not been taking care of it or stocking it. Has a little bit of live rock, a few LPS corals, a few soft corals and a hand full of fish. Quite a waist of equipment, tank and electricity for what's in it.
I am looking for someone to come in and work on the tank. Come in once a week, once every two weeks... whatever you find necessary. I'll pay for consumables and stock.. just you bring the labor and the smarts to the table. I don't want to spend traditional maintenance rates. if you are interested in making $200 or so per month taking care of this in wall built monster, then contact me. Best way to reach me is by email:

There may be some extra equipment that you are welcome to take and when ordering stock, I'd be happy to order a thing or two for you as well.
