Just wanted to mention the nice customer service I got with the Marine depot representative. I had purchased a container of Kent carbon from them and found out that it was on the recall list. I emailed their customer service and they quickly apologized for the problem, refunded my money, and offered free shipping if I wanted some replacement carbon which I thought was pretty good considering they are not the ones that made the error.
I must say I have been pretty lucky, I have had good service from a couple of companies lately (text removed, referenceds to other LFS are not allowed in VE forum even if they are positive. Please start a seperate thread for them in needed. edited by MikeG)
