these things just started popping up in my tank not sure what they are please help

The first is a type of tube worm that builds a calcified tube to live in. I think that's the kind that feeds by casting out sticky threads, like spider webs, then drawing them back in and eating what stuck to them.

The second picture looks like a small feather duster - another filter feeding tube worm.

Looking at the first picture again, it's possible it's a sponge as well. It almost looks translucent from the picture, which would suggest sponge to me.

there nothing that comes out of these tubes also when i've touched them they don't move they seem to be hollow i did have a bunch of pineapple sponges about a month back then these just started showing up

the first picture may be the siphon of a boring clam that lives in alot of our live rock. the second appears to be what we call a feather duster.

1st one is a sponge and the 2nd one isa feather duster. good stuffs.
