Anyone with Olympus Tough series. Would you please recommend mode and setting for shooting under blue light that I don't require me to use orange filter?

I have tried custom WB and pic still doesn't pop.

No filter, F2.3, 5.5 mm marco, full auto under water. Olympus TG-4 crappy points and shoot.

I have the TG-4, I can’t use it under blue led light. I have to turn off the blue led bar and take photo under t5 only.
