Please ID this snail.

Can anyone ID this Snail? Is it good or bad? I Found on the rock and look like it eating the red coraline algea.

Does it have a segmented back, or is that shell all one piece?

If segmented, it could be a chiton. (that would be fine for your reef). But I can't tell from that picture.
