Got home the other day to one of my red legs out of his shell and all of his
legs had been pulled off....I was mortified. Anyone else seen that before?
He had probably molted and something got him then. What a way to go. The
worms probably got him that night...poor guy.
i thought my red leg was dead a while ago the whole body with every thing on it i was pissed cause he was the first thing in my tank,i saw him about a month later..
did you see his shell?
Yeah. He was trying to get back in but all he had for legs were his holding legs inside
the shell. He was a good sized one and the shell was pretty tall. It was in a cavern in
the tank and there was no way I could assist him.
