Reef Octopus CR-140 calcium reactor set-up

We recently purchased one of these to replace our burnt out aqua c rx1 and the directions were kind of lacking. They were enough to put it together and that was it. Does anyone have a more detailed way to set this up? My concern is the vent hoses at the top. I've had it running for 5 hours now (no c02 yet) and its still full of air bubbles and both vents are open. The directions didn't say anything about the vents so I don't know if I'm using them right. I would think by now all the air would have bled out. Thank you in advance for any help

I think I figured it out. The unnamed hose on the top is the effluctant line and not a 2nd vent and it also has 2 supply lines. Now its running air free and all I have to do is refill my co2 tomorrow and start dialing it in.
