Speaking of ZOO's How do they spread?

Since a few were talking about zoo's and I am trying to keep a few nice zoo's in different areas of the tank...It would be useful to understand how the multiply. My guess is similar to the way GSP does,but maybe someone can explain it with a little more detail. Do they break out the bubbly and play some Kenny G. ? *never worked for me either so wouldn't be surpised if it doesnt for them *

In our systems they multiply by sprouting new clone polyps out of an encrusting mat that kind of creeps along the rock they're attached to. You can usually see very small polyps appearing at the edge of the mat, just under the edges of the full-sized polyps.
