Torch Dropped a New Polyp/Head

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has seen this before.

I have an aquacultured indo gold torch that recently grew a smaller polyp/head. The head was only attached by flesh - the calcium carbonate skeleton was separate from the parents skeleton. Over a few weeks I noticed the flesh started to separate and just today I noticed the small torch head had fallen off onto the sand bed. Super strange. This doesn’t seem to be a torch spawning event.

I have had this torch for 6 months. It has grown from two heads to now about 6-7 total.

My indo gold torches do that from time to time for years.
Every time I found a baby torch at the tank bottom, I will let it grow a small skeleton at its base then mount it on a frag disc.
