torch, frog and hammer growth?

wondering how these grow new heads? similar to candy canes? my torch has grown substantially in tentacle length, but has not split any heads at all.

yep! very similar the candy canes. Sometimes though, they can grow like trees too -- i.e. if there was a chip or something on the 'stem', a new one might start growing from there..

no joking, if you cut the head in half, it will grow into two.
My hammer also drop flesh and form new heads.

My frogspawn (the one I bought from you, Dong) is sprouting new heads all over the place... 9 to be exact! They just sprout out of the flesh at the base of existing heads and form their own skeleton as they grow.
