VHO or T5

Has anyone used both VHO or T5 for actinic?
T5 seems like the better option as regards running costs but do they give the same effect as VHO actinics.

I have had both and I like the look of VHO actinic MUCH better then T-5
If you are ever in the area swing by and take a look over my tank and see for yourself. I will throw a T-5 over the tank and you can compair

thanks Ray,i might just do that.I have ordered 2 lumenarcs which are 21 inches wide and i want to try and squeeze some actinic to the side of them for dawn/dusk.
