Simply outstanding customer service from this company. I recently purchased a pair of their power heads and had problems with both. I called customer service and described the problem. Without asking for receipts, or any documentation, I was told that they would ship two new replacements and that I would have them in two days. In addition to receiving the replacements as promised, they included a pre-paid return label.
This is one of those times that you truly get what you pay for!
