just noticed this worm in my tank for the first time every it is crawling around so not a sponge. There are also many other almost microscopic "babies" my wrasse isn't out which could be a reason why this is the first time ever seeing them, can anyone id?

And yes I know there is a planaria flatworm in the photo as well

I’m not sure what kind of worm it is. To me, I’m not too worried about worms. There’s only one kind that I know actually will eat small fish and that is a bobbit worm. If you don’t see it in your tank, it’s likely not it. I welcome bristle, fire, spaghetti, and many other worms in my tank. A healthy tank will have worms.

Could be a Spaghetti worm with those strings coming out the top. They usually stay in the sand but I've had them on the glass circumnavigatimmg the tank before as well.
