What kind of food you feed your fish and invertebrates?

I am curious what other reefers feed their fish and invertebrates? What types and possibly brand names that stand out.

fromula 1 + 2, mysis shrimp, nori and homemade fish goo.

Ocean Nutrition pellets
Cyclopeeze (frozen stuff, and sparingly)
Twice a week a couple drops of ZeoFood.

Used to use goo but found that it was always "dirty" and made a huge mess, Rod's Reef is like clean goo
