Where to buy highly polished sheet metal?

I want a few square feet of highly reflective sheet metal to make reflectors for a new canopy. Anyone know where I can get super high-polish aluminum or stainless?

Not an expert, but you might call a sign store to ask if they carry what you want or can recommend a supplier. Someone I know went that route for tracking down materials for a small project.
