I bought a fixture from BRS, but it wont light. I don't know if it is the ballast or the bulb, so I was wondering if I can take the bulb to someone's home and test it in your fixture.
I'm in Plymouth, so anywhere between the cape and Boston works.
They already shipped a new bulb, but that will take 5 days, and I would hate to have to wait another 5 days if it turns out the ballast is broken and they need to ship a new one.
