Dianos or Cyanos? ID, treatment?

Please ID and help with treatment suggestions!

I have been battling (Dinos or some sort of Cyanos) for a couple of months. I tried Dr. Tim's method which helped to reduce it but it is coming back again. Major benefit came from 3 days of black-out. Please see the pictures under 400x and 1000 x microscope (that I had to buy to deal with this outbreak). Please suggest what I could do.

Salinity: 1.026
Nitrate, NO3: 4 ppm
Phosphate, PO4 : 0.12 ppm
pH: 8.0 - 8.1
Alkalinity, KH: 7.46 (7.13 - 7.71 range)
Calcium, Ca: 525
Magnesium, Mg: 1360

Doesn’t look like dinos to me.

Looks like Spirulina cyanobacteria

Thank you both! I did some comparative online search. It looks like it is Spirulina Cyano. Hope Chemi Clean will take it out. . . which may unfortunately throw off bacterial balance in the tank. Oh well, . . one after other.

You might want to try live phytoplankton as a way to feed the corals and compete with the cyano for excess nutrients.
